Hours of Operation
What are your normal hours of operation?
Monday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Tuesday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Wednesday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Thursday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Friday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
*Please note appointments outside normal business hours may be subject to additional fees. Please call regarding before-hours or after-hours bookings.
Same Day Booking Policy
Clients can book same day appointments up to 2 hours before the appointment.
Rescheduling Policy
Appointments looking to reschedule more than 24 hours in advance can reschedule at no additional charge.
Appointments looking to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a $30 rescheduling fee.
No Show - No refund. No rescheduling.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours in advance will receive 100% refund
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will not be subject to a refund
‘No Show’ appointments will not be subject to a refund
Booking Extensions
Can I extend my booking if I need additional time?
Of course! Yes, you are allowed to extend your time as long as there is not another studio booking after you.
Studio time extension fees:
+30mins - $30
+1Hour - $60
If you are unsure of another booking after yours, please contact the studio or consult a manager on duty.
Person Limit
Each studio location has a max capacity, any additions past capacity will charged $10 per person.
Capacity per studio location:
Standard Studio: 8 people total
Premium Studio: 12 people total
Private Studio: 20 people total
Color Backdrops (standard studio)
You can have up to 2 backdrops per booking. For every additional backdrop change, you will be charged $10 per backdrop.
If the backdrop(s) you used gets stained, ripped, or tarnished in any way, there is a $10 fee for each foot of seamless paper that needs trimming after use. If the backdrop paper is unaffected at all after use, there is no charge. (This includes but not limited to: rips, dirt, glitter, oil, etc).
Damages
You and your guest are liable for any damages to the studio and/or studio equipment.
This includes but not limited to: damaged lighting, torn/stained/tarnished backdrops, broken equipment, stolen or missing property etc.
Cleaning
If the studio requires additional cleaning after your booking, a cleaning fee of $40 will be added. This includes but not limited to: glitter, rose petals, water, confetti, makeup, oils, prop remains, etc.
Parking
Yes! You have options.
Street parking is located directly outside of the studio. Please see meters for price.
There are also two 24-hour garage parking lots less than a block away from the studio. Please see both garage addresses below:
