*We allow a maximum capacity of 60 people due to state and building policy

    • 1 free hour for setup before your event

    • 4 hours of event time

    • 1 free hour for break-down after your event

  • Pricing

    • $800 ($600 for the event space + $200 cleaning fee)

  • Non-refundable 50% deposit required to reserve. The remaining balance is due one week before your event
