  • Event coordinator and on-site staff

  • 2 nearby parking garages

*We allow a maximum capacity of 50 people due to state and building policy

Event pricing includes:

  • 6 hours minimum (1 hour for setup, 4 hours event time, 1 hour for clean-up and breakdown)

  • Cleaning fee

  • $999 ($200 per hour + $199 cleaning fee)

  • Non-refundable 50% deposit required to reserve the event space - remaining balance is due one week before event

Add-ons:
